For general inquiries via webforms, data is deleted after 12 months if no contract is signed. For active clients, data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus a period of 6 years to comply with professional liability and legal record-keeping requirements in Quebec. We determine the retention period according to fixed objective criteria: Data is retained as long as the individual remains subscribed to the newsletter. Upon unsubscribing, personal data is deleted within 30 days.
